Art Therapy

Pie Factory Music offers free Art Therapy group sessions for 13 – 17-year-olds in East Kent.

These sessions help young people to explore, express and process their emotions, thoughts and experiences in a safe, soothing environment. Art-based psychotherapy uses art-making as a way to explore complex and overwhelming emotions. This can be helpful when young people find it challenging to find the right words to share how they are feeling.

This group offers a safe and confidential space to create art and explore shared experiences, making meaningful connections with each other in the process. Participants can engage in sessions at a pace that suits them, led by their needs. Art therapy encourages self-expression and self-discovery.

Tuesdays, 5 – 6:30pm. The group runs in 6 week blocks at
Pie Factory HQ, Ramsgate Youth Centre

The current group finishes on Tuesday 27th February 2024, therefore we are not taking on any new referrals at the moment. We are hoping to secure future funding.

Pie also offers counselling for young people. Find out about our counselling offer.
