Pie Factory Music is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead our dynamic and highly effective creative youth charity.
This important role will provide the overall strategic and operational leadership of Pie, to deliver safe, positive and inspirational programmes for children and young people in East Kent.
Key elements of the role include:
- To support the development and delivery of the charity’s work and to ensure we achieve our vision, mission and strategic goals.
- To improve the effectiveness and impact of our work.
- To build effective relationships with funders, national and local stakeholders and service providers, and young people.
- Together with the chair, to enable the Board of Trustees to fulfil its duties and responsibilities for the proper governance of the charity and to ensure that the board receives timely advice and appropriate information on all relevant matters.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager who is capable of leading and representing the organisation at all levels and in a range of environments and who is equipped to motivate and support our hard-working and passionate team. It is anticipated that the post holder will already be at a senior level, either within the creative or youth work sectors, however, we would welcome applications from senior managers with relevant experience from another sector.
